Billy Williams was born on December 22, 1966 to the late Professor Williams, Jr. and Annie Lee Washington Williams.
He received his education in Bamberg and graduated from Bamberg-Ehrhardt High School.
Billy worked at Smoaks Sewing Room for 12 years and later he started driving truck until his health failed.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Professor Williams Jr. and Annie Lee Washington Williams, three uncles, Lewis Williams, Jackie Williams, Reginald (Unk) Williams, two aunts, Annie Rose Williams-Crosby and Betty Jean Williams.
He is survived by his wife, Kirstie Herbert Williams; step son in the Robert Manigo; one son, Nathiel Williams (Chanzet); five brothers, Donald Williams, Tryone Williams (La Shun) of Orangeburg, SC, Jody Williams (Berndoinne) of Seattle, WA, Frank Williams (Latoya), Allen Williams Sr. (Tumikie) Pineland, SC; one sister, Angie Williams Best (Dennis) of Orangeburg, SC; mother-in-law, Monica Masanto; father-in-law, Potrice Mosanta of Beaufort, SC; sister-in-law, Jessica Pitts; brother-in-law Johathan Masanto; one grandson, Nigiel Williams; two special cousins/sisters, Janice Wrice of Varnville, SC and Shirley Williams Robinson of Bamberg, SC; special cousin/brother, Walter Robinson Jr., special nephews, Frankell Williams, Hunter Williams and Allen Williams Jr; three aunts, Inez Glover, Ethel Robinson of Orangeburg, SC. and Genevie Tyler of Bamberg, SC; three goddaughters, Brittany F. Brown, Bridgette F. Brown and Courtney Brown Banks. A host of relatives and friends.
