Leon Martin II, lovingly known to family and friends as "Rocky" was born on October 15**, 1977 in Colleton County, South Carolina to Leon Martin Sr. and Rebecca Ann (DuBois) Martin.

On April 10", 2025, God summoned an angel to call Rocky home.

Rocky was educated in Colleton County, SC and Durham County, NC schools.

He lived and worked in Durham, NC for a number of years. He later moved back to his home state of South Carolina. Rocky had multiple talents including being a superior painter and mason. He was always willing to help family or friends with projects. Rocky was a quiet loving soul who loved his family and friends.

Rocky loved sports, especially football and baseball and he loved fishing with his friends on the weekends.

Rocky was preceded in death by his parents.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his son Khalil Wallace of Charlotte NC; one grandson Kalon Wallace of Charlotte NC; three sisters - Felichia Martin of Snellville GA, Stacy Martin of Walterboro SC and Hope Martin of Philadelphia PA; two brothers - Terry (America) Martin of Walterboro SC and Futahi Hampton of Binghamton, NY; twelve nieces and nephews; 7 great nieces and nephews; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
