McNeil Stephens

Mr. McNeil Stephens of Walterboro, SC, transitioned to eternal rest on August 31, at the Veteran’s Victory House. Viewing will be held Monday 3-7 and his celebration of life Tuesday 10 AM at Westview Memorial Gardens 7850 Bells Highway, Ruffin, SC. Announcement of Mr. Stephens life will be reflected as we receive it.
