Mrs. Rosa Lee Williams, daughter of the late Lloyd Fryar and Gedell Fryar was born in Colleton County on November 15, 1943. She departed this life at Colleton Medical Center on August 26, 2022.
She attended the public schools of Colleton County.
She was a faithful member of Sykes Savannah United Methodist Church.
She drove school bus for the Colleton County School District for 30 plus years.
Rosa leaves behind her beloved husband of 51 years, Sammie Williams, Jr. of Ruffin, South Carolina, her son Todd (Karen) Williams of Walterboro, South Carolina and daughter Temeko (Addaryll) Mears of Ruffin South Carolina; her loving grandchildren; Anthony Tre’von (Timia) Williams, Tyler Shamar Williams, Ja’Niah Lasha Francis, Tah Griffith, Zirean Williams and Ja’Quan Francis; four great grands; two sisters, Edna R. Stevens and Carolyn Brown of Ruffin, Sour Carolina; one brother, David Fryar of Ruffin, South Carolina; brothers-in-law the late Joe Louos (Idella) Williams of Ruffin, South Carolina, Roy (Evelina) Williams, Jimmy (Shawn) Williams; sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen Lloyd of Newark, New Jersey, Lutrisher (David) Williams, Caroline Fryar, Jeanette (John) Lawton, Catherine Glenn and along with a host of other relatives and friends.
